私たちは姫路でたい焼き店を営んでいましたが、結婚を機に城崎へ移住。
知人の紹介で出会ったのが、浜名湖産の高品質ブランド鰻「でしこ」でした。
その美味しさに惚れ込み、昼は鰻専門店、夜は居酒屋としてお店を開くことにしました。
鰻は関東風に白焼き・蒸し・再焼きでふっくら柔らかく仕上げ、高齢の方や海外のお客様にも食べやすくしています。
黄金出汁や秘伝のタレ、薬味や調味料もできる限り但馬のものを使用。
お昼は観光客の方に、夜は地元の皆さまにと、アットホームな雰囲気でお迎えします。

Kinosaki Unagi-dokoro Unakyo / Unagi & Izakaya efu
We previously ran a taiyaki shop in Himeji, but after getting married, we relocated to Kinosaki.
Through an introduction from an acquaintance, we discovered a premium branded eel from Lake Hamana called “Deshiko.”
We were captivated by its exceptional flavor, which inspired us to open our restaurant — serving as a specialty unagi restaurant during the day and an izakaya in the evening.
Our eel is prepared in the Kanto-style method: first grilled without sauce, then steamed, and grilled again. This technique makes it fluffy and tender, ensuring it is easy to enjoy for elderly guests and visitors from overseas alike.
We use golden dashi broth, our secret house-made sauce, and as many locally sourced ingredients from the Tajima region as possible for our condiments and seasonings.
During lunchtime, we welcome tourists visiting the area; in the evening, we serve our local community — always with a warm and homely atmosphere.
Private reservations and banquet bookings are also welcome.
